1- What personal customer data does BSA collect?
We collect your personal data to provide and constantly improve our products and services.

• Data that is collected automatically: when you use our services we automatically receive and store certain categories of data such as, for example, information relating to your use of them, including your interaction with the content and services available. Like many other websites, we use "cookies" and other unique identification tools and we obtain certain types of data when your browser or device accesses our services and other content provided by, or on behalf of, BSA on others. 2- For what purposes does BSA process your personal data?
We process your personal data to perform, provide and improve the services we offer to our customers. These purposes include:
• Purchase and delivery of products and services. We use your personal data to receive and manage orders, provide products and services, process payments and communicate with you regarding your orders, products, services and promotional offers.
• Provide and improve our services and resolve any issues related to them. We use your personal data to provide functionality, analyze performance, correct errors and improve the use and efficiency of our services.

The other data we save are not accessible online by users and third parties, you can still request a list of your data at any time through one of our contacts, you will be asked to confirm your identity.
